*This sizing guide gives you the size that would extend anteriorly to the first metatarso phalangeal joint line. Choosing the matching length and one size smaller will give you the best fitting options.

Tips and usage:
Use a Slimflex Simple HD ¾ length with a 5 degree rear-foot medial wedge (MOSI) and a 2mm perforated EVA cover to treat a tibialis posterior tendon dysfunction. 

Use Slimflex Simple HD when the device is exposed to extreme loading (running) and with heavier patients. Try Slimflex Simple HD with a Poron Vive and Orthabrelle top cover to extend the life of the Orthotic.
 
Apply an Arch Adjusted Rearfoot edge to treat a medially deviated STJ axis.
