How to Use
Wearing-In Instructions
- Follow your clinician’s guidance.
- Day 1: wear for 1 hour, then increase by about an hour each day.
- After 2 weeks, the orthotics should feel natural as they conform to your feet.
- Mild initial pressure under the arch/heel is normal. If discomfort persists, stop and consult your practitioner.
Fitting Instructions
- Remove any existing shoe inserts.
- Place Interpod Flex into the shoe, ensuring the heel is seated firmly at the back.
- Check that the device lies flat with no curling or rocking inside the shoe.
Care
- Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soapy water; air dry away from heat or direct sunlight.
- Remove debris from footwear before use.
- Keep away from pets.
Longevity & Replacement
Service life varies with use. Replace if you notice cracking, shell deformation, compressed or worn top covers, or persistent discolouration. As a general guide, many users replace approximately every 12 months. Replacement covers are available separately.
