Economy Transfer Paper - Space Rockets

Add a vibrant space rockets design to orthotic appliances with this economy transfer paper. Designed for use with most thermoplastic materials, it provides a simple and effective way to customise orthoses with durable, high-quality graphics.

The heat transfer process enhances colour depth and creates a long-lasting finish while maintaining a smooth surface that helps resist scuffing. Ideal for clinics and workshops, this transfer paper is especially popular for paediatric orthotic devices.

Key Features

  • Fun space rockets design for visually engaging orthoses
  • Compatible with most thermoplastic materials
  • Easy heat application process
  • Produces a durable, long-lasting finish
  • Helps maintain a smooth, scuff-resistant surface
  • Widely used for paediatric orthotic applications
  • Supplied in an 80cm x 5 metre roll

Application Guide

  1. Cut a template from your chosen thermoplastic material.
  2. Cut the transfer paper slightly smaller than the template to prevent contact with heating plates.
  3. Place the thermoplastic material into a heating oven until it reaches operating temperature.
  4. Carefully place the transfer paper face down onto the heated material using protective gloves.
  5. Apply light, even pressure and smooth out to avoid bubbles or wrinkles.
  6. Allow the transfer process to occur at 170°C to 220°C (optimal results at approximately 210°C).
  7. After 15–45 seconds, remove the transfer paper and continue forming as required.

Important Information

Final colour results may vary depending on the thermoplastic material used and processing conditions. Colours may differ slightly after application. In some cases, transferred designs may bleed or rub off onto fabrics or skin during use.
