Aortha Multi-Density EVA CAD-CAM Blanks are manufactured from Easy Mill Grade EVA as standard, giving orthotic labs precise milling performance with consistent finish quality. In addition to single-density blanks (Duck Shapes), we offer dual and tri-density blanks so you can get more from your existing CAD-CAM equipment.

Just like casted devices, combining different EVA densities increases functionality - pair higher densities for control and motion management with lower densities for comfort and shock absorption. Mix and match to meet complex clinical needs without slowing production.
