Description

Aortha EVA CAD-CAM Blocks are designed for full manufacturing flexibility and precision in orthotic production. Made from premium Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam, these blocks offer a lightweight, shock-absorbing and durable solution for orthotic device fabrication. EVA orthotics retain their shape effectively and help reflect body heat, ensuring long-lasting comfort and performance.

EVA is ideal for use as an appliance base for a covered CAD-CAM foot orthotic or as a standalone finished device. Higher-density EVA materials provide greater control and stability for the foot, while lower-density options deliver enhanced cushioning and comfort - allowing orthotic labs to tailor each device to the patient’s unique needs.

Unlike traditional orthotic manufacturing, CAD-CAM production requires specialised raw materials with specific formats, dimensions, and densities. This evolving demand has driven the development of the Aortha CAD-CAM range - a comprehensive selection of EVA and plastic materials that give orthotic labs more flexibility and choice than ever before.

Some CAD-CAM material suppliers restrict users with costly contracts and limited design options. In contrast, Aortha materials provide total design freedom, extensive material combinations, and significant cost savings - making them a smart choice for labs seeking efficiency without compromise.
