Aortha Dual Density EVA CAD-CAM Blocks are designed to streamline orthotic production while enhancing device performance and comfort. These innovative blocks combine two EVA densities in one, allowing for the quick and efficient manufacture of dual density, multifunctional foot orthotics.

By combining medium and low-density EVA materials, Aortha Dual Density Blocks provide the perfect balance of control and cushioning. The higher density layer offers stability and support where it’s needed most, while the lower density layer delivers comfort and shock absorption - ideal for accommodating a wide range of patient needs.

Each Dual Density Block is manufactured using Easy Mill Grade EVA for consistent quality, reliable machining performance and long-term durability. These blocks form part of the extensive Aortha CAD range, trusted by orthotic laboratories worldwide for precision and versatility.
