The unit is intended for the forming and welding of plastic, removal of paint and warming of heat shrinkable tubing.

It is also suitable for soldering and tinning, loosening of adhesive joints and the defrosting of water lines.

Integral thermal shop - automatic shutdown of the heating element at overload. Typically used in podiatry for working with heat mouldable foot orthotics.
