Hook & Loop

This universal fabric fastening is extremely versatile and has a number of uses in lower extremity orthoses.

Uses includes as strapping for AFOs and DAFOs and as an easy to use fastening for footwear

It can also be used to hold an insole or pad inside a shoe, by putting the hook on one part and the loop on the other and then fixing with double sided adhesive tape.

The insole can then be moved easily between different pairs of the patient's shoes, positioned correctly without causing discomfort.
