Algefoam is a low density EVA foam, which is easily mouldable at 140°C.
It is hardwearing with very good abrasion resistanct properties makig it an ideal Orthotic linig material. |

Low density EVA's are commonly used for shock absorption, shoe uppers in temporary shoes and as soft stabilisers in AFO's. |

| | Medium Density EVA
Medium density EVA can be used throughout the orthopaedic and footwear trades for a variety of uses including heel lifts, shoe beddings, moulded insoles and as a semi-rigid stabiliser in orthotics. |

| | High Density EVA
High density EVA is more commonly used for shoe lifts, heel lifting, block heels, wedge bottoms, rigid insoles and a variety of commercial uses. |
