The ALGE-CAST system is a two-part casting (foam & hardener) resin which is mixed together with a wooden spatula before pouring into the mould.

Typical usage: Mix 1 part foam to 1.1 parts of hardener for 20 seconds. The colour darkens during mixing, then the solution clears and the temperature rises.

Expansion is equal to 1.7 times. At this point pour into the mould. The setting time is about 140 seconds.
